Fogarty Surgical Services & Family Care Clinic is founded on the principle of the sanctity of the individual. We believe that compassionate, competent, courteous care is best achieved when this principle is applied.

Our Vision is to provide, in the work place, the atmosphere to constantly learn…not only from our colleagues, but also our patients.

Locations:

Hayward Office:
Dr. Fogarty opened the Hayward location in August of 2005 offering General Surgery services to the community. In July 2006 we expanded our services to offer Family Practice. We are pleased to offer Same Day Appointments and Walk-in care to patients on most weekdays during our regular business hours. We are conveniently located next to the Hayward Hospital in case patients need lab or x-ray services during their office visit. Our providers do accept new patients.


Rice Lake Office:
Our Rice Lake location opened in April 2006 and houses a state of the art endoscopy and surgical suite where we perform a vast array of procedures for our patients on an outpatient basis. Our Family Practice providers also provide care to new and established patients in our Rice Lake office. We are conveniently located off of Hwy 53 Exit 143 next to Perkins and Bargain Bills. Same day appointments are usually available.

Cable Office:
In September 2009 we opened our office in Cable, Wisconsin. Our Family Practice providers are available to see patients for scheduled, same-day appointments. Dr. Fogarty will see scheduled patients for general surgery care. The outpatient surgical suite is open and we offer lab and x-ray at this location.

Bruce Office:
In June 2010 we opened our newest office in Bruce. Our Family Practice providers are available to see patients for scheduled, same-day appointments. Dr. Fogarty will see scheduled patients for general surgery care. We also provide lab at this facility.
